Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Foodservice Brand Manager to join our team at McCormick & Company. As a Foodservice Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive profitable brand growth for our Condiments and Herbs, Spices & Seasonings brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to drive brand awareness and sales growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to inform brand strategies.
  • Manage and track marketing budgets, ensuring accurate allocation and tracking of expenses across initiatives.
  • Represent McCormick brands in customer meetings and presentations, confidently communicating category and consumer insights, brand plans, and new product development.
  • Lead in preparing and delivering innovation sessions with customers, showcasing new product concepts and features.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of new content and creative materials, working closely with agency partners.
  • Plan and organize brand presence at trade shows and customer events, ensuring impactful brand representation and effective engagement with key stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Proven experience in brand management, preferably within the Foodservice or FMCG sector.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to understand market dynamics, identify growth opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present confidently to various stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Experience with syndicated data resources, such as Nielsen, Mintel, and Lumina Intelligence.
