About the Role

As a Foodservice Brand Manager at McCormick & Company, Inc., you will play a critical role in driving profitable brand growth and innovation in the foodservice market. This exciting opportunity will challenge you to develop and execute brand plans, manage new product development, and activate marketing strategies with agency partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Brand Planning and Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive brand plans, working closely with the Commercial team and agency partners to drive profitable growth.
  • Market Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to inform brand strategies and identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Product Development and Launch: Manage the end-to-end new product development process from concept to launch, working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Marketing and Communications: Oversee digital communication platforms, including brand website, social media, and e-commerce channels, in collaboration with agency partners.
  • Trade Show and Event Management: Plan and organize brand presence at selected trade shows and customer events, ensuring impactful brand representation and effective engagement with key stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in brand management, preferably within the foodservice or FMCG sector.
  • Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present confidently to various stakeholders. Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to understand market dynamics, identify growth opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Tools and Software: Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel. Experience with syndicated data resources, such as Nielsen, Mintel, and Lumina Intelligence.
