Job Summary:

As a Foodservice Brand Manager at McCormick & Company, you will be responsible for driving profitable brand growth and developing marketing strategies for our condiment and spice brands. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of our brands in the foodservice market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute brand plans and activations, working closely with the commercial team and agency partners.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and review activities to ensure they are delivering against commercial objectives.
  • Manage the advertising and promotion (A&P) budget tracker, ensuring accurate allocation and tracking of expenses across initiatives.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to inform brand strategies and identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Represent McCormick brands in customer meetings and present category and consumer insights, brand plans, and new product development to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Lead in preparing and delivering innovation sessions with current and new end-user customers.
  • Be the marketing lead in end-to-end new product development processes from concept to launch, working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Activate launch plans and deliver creative materials to ensure successful market introduction and long-term growth.
  • Oversee digital communication platforms, including brand websites, social media, and e-commerce channels, in collaboration with agency partners.
  • Work closely with agencies to create and implement new content and creative materials.
  • Plan and organize brand presence at trade shows and customer events, ensuring impactful brand representation and effective engagement with key stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Proven experience in brand management, preferably within the foodservice or FMCG sector.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present confidently to various stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to understand market dynamics, identify growth opportunities, and make data-driven decisions that align with overall business goals.
  • Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Experience with syndicated data resources, such as Nielsen, Mintel, and Lumina Intelligence.
  • Experience with creative tools, such as Canva.
