Job Summary

Elysium Associates seeks a skilled Family Support Specialist to join our team in Liverpool. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing children's needs and developing care plans to achieve positive outcomes.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments of children's needs and develop personalized care plans to address their unique requirements.
  • Collaborate with multi-agency partners to ensure comprehensive support for children and families.
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and professionals to ensure effective support and advocacy.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will possess the following qualifications and experience:

  • A degree in social work or a related field and registration with the relevant regulatory body.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience working with children and families in a social work capacity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with children, families, and professionals.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple cases.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum (£25-£27ph) and a range of benefits, including opportunities for training and professional development. Our team is supportive and flexible, with a commitment to upholding the highest standards of care and professionalism.
