Tripod Partners is seeking a dedicated Child Protection Specialist to join our team in Liverpool.

In this vital role, you will work closely with children and families to identify their needs and develop personalized support plans, focusing on prevention and early intervention.

**Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:**

  • Conduct thorough assessments of children's needs, working collaboratively with families to establish clear goals and objectives.
  • Provide expert counseling and therapy services to support children and families, addressing issues such as emotional and behavioural difficulties, neglect, and domestic abuse.
  • Build strong partnerships with other agencies, ensuring a cohesive and effective response to complex family needs.
  • Advocate tirelessly on behalf of children and families, securing essential resources and support to promote positive outcomes.

**To Succeed In This Role, You Will Need:**

  • A degree in Social Work from a reputable institution, along with registration with Social Work England.
  • Proven experience working with vulnerable children and families, ideally in an Early Help context.
  • Deep understanding of child protection and safeguarding procedures, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing competing demands.
