  • Working closely with families and carers to develop tailored support plans
  • Liaising with other agencies to ensure comprehensive service delivery

Requirements for this role include:

  • A degree in social work or a related field
  • Current registration with Social Work England
  • Significant experience in frontline Children's Social Services, preferably in a care management role
  • A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
  • Familiarity with Children in Care and Children Looked After policies and procedures
