Job Overview

DigiKape Resourcing is a leading recruitment agency specialising in temporary placements for public and private sectors.

We are seeking experienced professionals to work as part of our Client's Family Time Support Work Team in Knowsley. As a key member of this team, you will play a crucial role in delivering family time sessions as ordered from the court arena.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure a safe and supportive environment for family time sessions
  • Analyse and provide thorough recommendations in wishes and feelings reports for children
  • Produce high-quality family time reports highlighting areas for improvement and progress
  • Collaborate with partner agencies, families, and communities through regular meetings

This exempt post requires an Enhanced DBS check. The successful candidate will primarily work Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years' recent experience working directly with families with multiple needs, aged 0-18
  • Effective partnership working with agencies, families, and communities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills engaging with service users, professionals, and colleagues
  • Maintenance of open, constructive relationships with service users prioritising their needs
  • Demonstrable commitment to safeguarding the welfare and safety of children and young people at all times

Competitive salary: £27,750 - £32,625 per annum, commensurate with experience.
