We are seeking an experienced Operations Administrator to join our team at First Recruitment Services. As an Operations Administrator, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the operations and maintenance of procedures across the business.

Key Responsibilities

* Create and manage forecast reports to ensure accurate predictions and informed decision-making
* Manage inventory and stock control to optimize supply chain efficiency
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date databases to support business operations

Requirements
------------

* Previous experience in project management and operations administration
* Proficiency in CRM, ERP, financial software, or MS 365
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
