About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Social Worker to join our Erewash South Social Work Long Term Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing a safe, accountable, and cost-effective service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake assessments and develop plans to support clients in achieving their goals
  • Work collaboratively with clients, families, and other professionals to ensure a person-centred approach
  • Provide support and guidance to clients to help them build on their strengths and assets
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure the effective delivery of services
  • Participate in regular supervisions, peer supervisions, and training to maintain and enhance your skills and knowledge
