Ilkeston, Derbyshire, United Kingdom ATA Recruitment Full time

The Service Manager role at ATA Recruitment requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record in leading aftermarket services teams. As the primary point of contact for customers, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless delivery of service support, from troubleshooting and maintenance to new installations.

You will lead the site service team, promoting excellence and ongoing improvement, and serve as the main point of contact for customers on all service-related inquiries, estimates, and site projects. Key responsibilities include managing and leading the site service team, planning and allocating resources, conducting site inspections, and preparing risk assessments and compliance documentation. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to interpret technical information and design drawings.

The successful candidate will have an ONC or Level 3 qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related field) and demonstrated experience in an engineering-based service role, ideally within the Power Generation or Oil & Gas sectors.

The role offers a competitive salary of £40,000 - £45,000 DOE, flexible working hours, an annual profit-related bonus scheme, contributory pension, and optional private healthcare plan – extended to family. Professional growth and progression opportunities are also available.
