**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Social Worker to join our Erewash South Social Work Long Term Team at Derbyshire County Council. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing a safe, accountable, and cost-effective service to clients.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Provide person-centred and strength-based support to clients, recognising their assets and strengths to enable them to reach their goals.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues and other stakeholders to deliver a high-quality service.

• Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, families, and other professionals.

• Participate in regular supervisions, peer supervisions, training, and opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

• Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote best practice in social work.
