About the Position

We are seeking a Community Healthcare Professional to join our team in Derbyshire. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality community-based care to patients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing personal care to patients, including manual handling, catheter care, and pressure area care. They will also administer medication as required and communicate effectively with other members of the healthcare team.

We offer a competitive salary of £26,000 - £31,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits, including access to a car and use of a laptop for patient records.

To be eligible for this role, you will need to have a Health and Social Care qualification or be willing to work towards one. You should also have experience working in a health and social care setting and be able to work independently and as part of a team.
