Key Responsibilities:

  • Design aerospace composite and hybrid structures using 3D CAD software.
  • Work as part of an integrated project team to ensure customers' requirements are met.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement composite design solutions.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and reports.
  • Participate in design reviews and provide technical input.

Requirements:

  • An education to degree/HND level in mechanical or aerospace engineering is preferable but not essential.
  • Demonstration of competence in the design of fibre reinforced composite materials.
  • Familiarity with aerospace or similar industry composite design methodologies and best practice.
  • Proficient in the use of CAD systems.
  • Good communication, report writing, and presentation skills.
