About the Role:

This role offers a unique opportunity to join our Professional Services team as an Implementation Project Manager, driving customer adoption and value of our products in the EMEA region. You will lead projects to deliver services to clients, working closely with Consultants, Customer Success Managers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead multiple, concurrent projects to deliver onboarding and adoption services to clients
  • Partner with Consultants to scope and drive project execution
  • Become knowledgeable about the Iterable product and use cases
  • Work collaboratively across groups to secure buy-in and drive issues/risks to resolution
  • Develop and execute deadlines, budgets, and project activities
  • Provide Risk and Resource Management by anticipating bottlenecks and making tradeoffs
  • Meet or exceed targets for CSAT, achievement of project goals, and Utilization

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience in B2B customer-facing service delivery project management
  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced, high-tech, SaaS environment
  • Proficient with Google Enterprise Suite and project management tools like SmartSheet or Kantata
  • Exceptional organizational skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple projects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
