About the RoleIn this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging and interactive training content that meets the needs of technical diving and submersible operations professionals. You will work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure technical accuracy and relevance of training materials.
- Create e-learning modules, manuals, presentations, and multimedia resources that cater to diverse learning styles.
- Collaborate with SMEs to review and refine training content.
- Develop training curriculums that align with adult learning theories and instructional design best practices.
The successful candidate will have experience in creating high-volume training content and managing multiple projects to meet deadlines. They should also be familiar with instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
