Senior Customer Services Leader

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Customer Services Leader to join our team at Barker Ross. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction and improving processes.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering customer satisfaction and revenue growth in a B2B environment. You will be responsible for developing the team, identifying commercial opportunities, and implementing strategies to improve customer retention and reduce complaints.

A degree education and leadership/management courses are desirable, as well as a commitment to personal and professional development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing the team to achieve exceptional customer service standards
  • Driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies
  • Identifying and implementing cost-saving initiatives
  • Improving customer retention and reducing complaints
Salary:

£55,000 - £65,000 per annum depending on experience
