Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Customer Experience Director to join our team at Barker Ross. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction and improving customer experiences.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering customer satisfaction and revenue growth in a B2B environment. You will be responsible for developing the team, identifying commercial opportunities, and implementing strategies to improve customer retention and reduce complaints.

Responsibilities:
  • Developing the team to achieve exceptional customer service standards
  • Driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies
  • Identifying and implementing cost-saving initiatives
  • Improving customer retention and reducing complaints
Requirements:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Customer Experience Director who has a proven track record of delivering customer satisfaction and revenue growth. A degree education and leadership/management courses are desirable.

Salary:

£60,000 - £75,000 per annum depending on experience
