Job Description: Transportation Service Coordinator

We are looking for a skilled and experienced driver to join our team as a Transportation Service Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for providing quotations to customers, delivering excellent customer service, and promoting our services and products in the local area.

Responsibilities:
  • Quotations: Provide detailed quotations to customers in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Customer Experience: Deliver outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely and courteous fashion.
  • Product Promotion: Promote our services and products to customers, highlighting key benefits and features.
  • Service Delivery: Ensure timely and efficient delivery of services, maintaining a high level of quality and professionalism.

Requirements:
  • Experience driving a commercial vehicle or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license, commercial driver's license (CDL) if required by location.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with the local area, including roads and traffic patterns.

Estimated Salary:$48,500 - $62,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
