Role Overview
Our client, a well-established business in the Chepstow area, is seeking a skilled Installation and Service Engineer to join their team. As a field-based role, this opportunity offers a chance to work independently, providing technical support and maintenance services to customers.

About the Role
This full-time position involves troubleshooting, field service, and technical support for equipment on a daily basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our client's systems, working closely with customers to resolve issues efficiently.

Responsibilities
* Troubleshoot and repair equipment as needed
* Provide technical support to customers via phone or on-site visits
* Conduct regular maintenance checks to prevent equipment downtime
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues

Requirements
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Relevant technical certifications or qualifications
* Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
* Ability to work flexibly, including occasional overtime
