Technical Support and Maintenance Role

About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support and Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Chepstow. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to our clients.

The successful candidate will have excellent trouble-shooting and repair skills, as well as strong communication abilities. You will work independently to resolve technical issues and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment on a daily basis
  • Provide technical support and maintenance services to clients
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless delivery of services

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Degree-level qualification in a relevant technical field (e.g., Mechanical or Electrical Engineering)
  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of up to £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including a company van and opportunities for professional development.
