Business Process Optimization Lead

Sustainable telecom network solutions company TXO Systems Ltd seeks an experienced Business Analyst to lead business process definition and optimization, documentation of systems requirements, and delivery of change projects across the organization.
Job DetailsThe successful candidate can expect an estimated salary of £55,000 per annum and will be working in a hybrid environment from one of our three UK offices.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive business process models, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes as required.
- Work closely with specialist applications and infrastructure teams to ensure IT solutions align with business needs, providing training and support as necessary.
- Take ownership of project management aspects, ensuring successful and timely delivery of change initiatives, and serving as liaison between business units and IT.
- Proven track record in Business Analysis or related field, with minimum 5 years' experience in a commercial organization.
- Demonstrated expertise in project management, with ability to scope, plan, and drive delivery of complex projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with financial, sales, and distribution processes, with ability to adapt to changing business needs.
