Manned Guarding Sales Leader

Salary: Up to £150,000 per year (OTE: £170,000)
Job Description: We are seeking a senior sales leader to head our national manned guarding business development team. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and developing new relationships with clients.
Required Skills: To succeed in this role, you must have a proven track record of operating in a senior sales and development role in manned guarding. You should have a personable communication style and the ability to quickly engage with and influence others. Organisation and project planning skills are essential, as is the ability to handle challenges and work under pressure.
