Sales Director Role: We are looking for a skilled Sales Director to lead our UK manned guarding business development efforts. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.
Requirements: To excel in this position, you must have a solid background in business development within manned guarding, with a proven track record of performance. You should be able to lead a team while developing £1m+ opportunities and have experience of managing and developing an improving business development environment.
Competitive Package: A salary up to £150,000 per year (OTE: £170,000), private medical cover, enhanced pension, 25 days holiday + 2x annual salary life assurance, and a prestigious car allowance.
