Child Disability Services Social Worker

We are seeking a skilled Social Worker to join our team in Highland. This role involves providing high-quality social work services to children and families affected by disability.
About the Role:- Deliver assessment, planning, and intervention services to children and families.
- BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS with service users, their families, and other professionals.
- Collaborate with multi-agency teams to achieve positive outcomes.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all assessments, plans, and interventions.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide assessment, planning, and intervention services to children and families.
- To build and maintain strong relationships with service users, their families, and other professionals.
- To work collaboratively with multi-agency teams to achieve positive outcomes for children and families.
- To maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all assessments, plans, and interventions.
Requirements:
- CQSW, Dip SW, CSS or approved equivalent professional qualification in Social Work.
- Current driving license.
- Registered with the Scottish Social Services Council on the 'Social Worker' part of the Register.
- At least 3 years' experience of working with children and families affected by disability.
Salary Information:
£42,879 - £46,410 per year.
