End User Computing Engineer (Associate) Role

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated End User Computing Engineer (Associate) to join our Digital, Data and Technology (DDaT) Team at Staffordshire Police. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and supporting the force's digital technology needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and maintenance for end-user computing devices and infrastructure
  • Collaborate with the DDaT Team to identify and implement digital transformation initiatives
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base
  • Participate in on-call rotations and provide 24/7 support as required

Requirements

  • Strong IT background with experience in end-user computing and technical support
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well with stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and as an individual
