Job Title: DDaT Programme Manager

Staffordshire Police is seeking a skilled DDaT Programme Manager to join their team and contribute to the expansion and investment in their digital function.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned programme manager to take on a challenging role and make a significant impact on the organisation's digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver large or complex DDaT programmes, including sustainment or adaptive changes, managing dependencies and liaising with stakeholders.
  • Act as the initial escalation point for the programme, removing blockers, managing risks, commercials, budgets, and resources.
  • Deputise for or support the DDaT Manager and provide coaching and mentoring to colleagues on delivery approaches.
Requirements:
  • Significant experience of programme management best practices and overseeing multiple smaller changes and tasks delivered concurrently.
  • Educated to degree level (Level 6) or equivalent with strong technical knowledge and experience in technical programme delivery.
  • Ability to think strategically, coach, and mentor with effective interpersonal and communication skills.
