Secure Forensic Clinical Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Clinical Lead to join our Secure Forensic Clinical Team at Mersey Care NHS Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of mental health professionals in providing high-quality care to individuals with complex clinical and risk presentations.
The estimated salary for this role is £50,000-£60,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to the competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a generous pension scheme, life insurance, and access to training and development opportunities.
About the Role:
- Lead a team of mental health professionals in providing high-quality care to individuals with complex clinical and risk presentations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and service delivery.
- Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Provide supervision and support to staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Registered Mental Health Nurse or equivalent qualification.
- Degree or equivalent further level of accredited qualification in one or more psychological therapies (CAT, MBT, DBT, EMDR, CBT).
- Two years working within secure forensic settings or with individuals with complex clinical and risk presentations.
