Forensic Mental Health Clinical Lead

Job OverviewThis role is based within HMP Garth, a category B men's adult prison in Lancashire. You will be working with individuals with personality-related needs, providing structured interventions as part of a therapeutic milieu.
ResponsibilitiesAs a Clinical Lead, you will oversee the delivery of our innovative prison-based assessment and treatment service. This includes risk assessment and management, staff training and development, and pathway-focused intervention.
Requirements- Registered Mental Health Nurse
- Degree or equivalent qualification in psychological therapies (CAT, MBT, DBT, EMDR, CBT)
We offer a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, you will have access to further training and development opportunities, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
