About the Role

De Lacy Executive is seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Administration Assistant to support the Procurement team in their UK-based operations.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with farm management software, supplier networks, and procurement processes. Key responsibilities include:

  • Logging procurement activity related to calf supply
  • Tracking and reporting on financial metrics, such as cost savings and spend analysis
  • Identifying opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements within procurement processes

What You'll Do

As an Administration Assistant, you will provide administrative support to the procurement, sales, and operational teams, assist with procurement-related customer service, and maintain up-to-date procurement records. Proficiency in Agri Web software or similar platforms is required, with training provided for the right candidate.

Salary and Benefits
