Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist

Salary Range: £32,500 per annum (dependent on experience)

Location: Solihull, Birmingham

Working Hours: Full-time permanent, Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and book personal and business appointments
  • Manage diaries and handle administrative tasks, including responding to emails
  • Carry out personal shopping and organisational tasks as required
  • Oversee parcel and courier management, booking personal appointments and reservations
  • Manage subscriptions and memberships, and assist with business lunch collections and bookings
  • Prioritise and tackle ad hoc duties as they arise
Requirements:
  • Demonstrate strong organisational and planning skills
  • Have a good telephone manner and excellent communication abilities
  • Show ability to prioritise workload effectively
  • Hold a valid driving license
  • Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Achieve a smart and well-presented appearance is essential
