About the Role">

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Client Solutions Lead at CastleBell Recruitment.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing client expectations and needs within the agency, while also representing and protecting the agency's creative and commercial outcomes.

You will work closely with our clients to understand their business strategies, markets, competitions, and brands, and use this knowledge to shape meaningful brand experiences.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management, with a focus on client relationships and commercial success.

  • Key responsibilities will include:
  • Managing client relationships and expectations
  • Representing the agency in commercial dealings
  • Working with strategists to develop creative briefs
  • Providing commercial acumen and support in opportunity-mining and conversion
  • Working with production to manage proposals, budgeting, procurement, and reconciliation

We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
