## Job Title: Reception Supervisor

We are currently seeking a skilled Reception Supervisor to join our team at Future Inn Cardiff. As a key member of our Front of House team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth experience for our guests.

### Key Responsibilities:

* Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, delegates, and contractors
* Manage the reception area, including handling check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments
* Supervise and support the Front of House team, including training and development
* Collaborate with the Front of House Manager to achieve departmental goals and objectives
* Maintain a high level of knowledge about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
