About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Reception Supervisor to join our team at Hotel Indigo Cardiff. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, ensuring their stay is memorable and enjoyable.
  • Manage guest room bookings, maintain accurate records, and respond to queries in a timely manner.
  • Support team training, arrange fun activities, and celebrate special occasions to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Liaise with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address guest complaints and concerns.
  • Stay up-to-date with RBH and IHG training to enhance your skills and knowledge.
