About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Reception Supervisor to join our team at Hotel Indigo Cardiff. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that every stay is unforgettable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Manage the front desk team, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless operations.
  • Assist with guest service management, including resolving issues and providing solutions.
  • Support team training and development, ensuring that all team members are equipped to deliver exceptional service.
  • Arrange fun activities and celebrations for the team, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Assist with rota management and ensure that the front desk is adequately staffed at all times.
  • Liaise with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any guest complaints or issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with training and development opportunities within RBH and IHG.
