We are seeking a dedicated Childcare Professional to join our team at Crescent Day Nursery in Birmingham.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters learning and growth, and will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of lesson plans and educational programs.

Job Requirements
  • Hold suitable qualifications, such as a degree in Early Years or related field
  • Have experience working with young children in an educational setting
  • Be able to maintain a safe and hygienic environment
  • Be able to build strong relationships with children and parents
Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this role is £24,710.40-£28,288 per annum, pro rata, with additional benefits including childcare discount, career progression opportunities, and mental health support.
