We are seeking an experienced Family Services Coordinator to join our team at We Manage Jobs (WMJobs).

In this critical role, you will provide administrative support to practitioners in Strengthening Families Services, including managing new child allocations and arranging TAF meetings.

Your duties will also involve ensuring accurate demographic and child file information, arranging meetings, and supporting minute taking and closure letters.

The ideal candidate will have excellent IT literacy, communication and telephone skills, and organisational skills to manage a busy workload.

The salary range for this position is £19,500 - £24,000 per annum, depending on experience.

We require an NVQ Level 1 in Business Administration or equivalent, and experience with Microsoft Office packages.

A standard DBS check is necessary for this role.
