Job Description

At Michael Page (UK), we are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team in the UK & Ireland. As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in providing expert consultation and guidance to managers and employees on diverse and complex employee-related matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert consultation and guidance to managers and employees on performance management, hybrid-work issues, sickness-related absences, requests for accommodations, employee relations issues, corrective action, conflict resolution, policy interpretation, workplace investigations of misconduct, policy violations, grievances, and ingress/egress across the employee life cycle.
  • Lead and shape HR process efficiencies, identifying opportunities for process improvement and optimization, prioritizing compliance and effectively collaborating with stakeholders and/or COEs.
  • Provide day-to-day support in HR general questions through the People Services team.
  • Ensure timely and accurate information is provided to People Services to ensure employee data is accurate by following appropriate processes for changing or updating employee and payroll-related data requirements.

The Successful Applicant

We are looking for an experienced HR Advisor who has a proven track record of working in an ER Advisor role. The ideal candidate will be excited by collaborating on projects/initiatives and have a strong ability to deliver high-quality work.
