We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Primary SEN teacher to join our specialist provision. This is a full-time position ideal for someone passionate about working with pupils who require additional support to achieve their full potential.

The school provides high-quality, tailored education to children with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and associated conditions, including Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, Sensory Processing Disorder, Attachment Needs, and mild to moderate learning difficulties.

About the Role
  • Class Sizes: No more than 6 pupils per class, supported by up to two teaching assistants.
  • Teaching Focus: Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the national curriculum, while tailoring your teaching to meet individual pupil needs.
  • Collaborative Environment: Work closely with colleagues to create a nurturing classroom environment.
  • Beyond the Classroom: Engage with pupils during extracurricular activities and school trips, promoting social and emotional development.
About You
  • We're looking for someone with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a strong educational background.
  • You should have proven experience teaching primary-aged pupils, ideally in a specialist or SEN setting.
  • Commitment to professional development and growth is essential.
