Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Spa Attendant to join our team at Park Hyatt London River Thames. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our spa facilities are clean, well-organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring that all spa areas are clean, well-organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Providing exceptional levels of service to our guests, answering their questions and ensuring they have a relaxing and enjoyable experience.
  • Monitoring and managing inventory levels of spa products, linens, and supplies.
  • Inspecting and maintaining pool equipment and facilities.

About You:

We are looking for a candidate with previous experience in spa or hospitality operations, demonstrating strong organizational and multitasking skills. The ideal candidate will be able to maintain a clean, welcoming, and luxurious environment for all guests.
