Job Description
The Street Safety Coordinator will be responsible for promoting community safety and well-being in the Baker St BID area. As a Security Officer, you will engage with local businesses, residents, and stakeholders to identify and address public safety concerns. This is an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact in the community and develop your skills in security and community liaison.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement community safety initiatives to reduce crime and anti-social behavior.
- Collaborate with local authorities and law enforcement agencies to address public safety concerns.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess public realm issues and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze data to inform strategic decisions and improve community engagement.
- Provide advice and guidance on community safety and crime prevention.

Requirements
- 1 year of experience in security or community liaison.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with local laws and regulations.
