The Role
TPP's Customer Relationship Manager (Mandarin Speaker) is responsible for driving the company's strategic direction, formulating short- and long-term goals, and leading the execution of global projects and implementations. This role involves working directly with customers, governments, and suppliers to support business growth and expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product advancement and business development
- Representing the company brand at international events
- Developing and maintaining cooperative relations and company resources
- Participating in business negotiation activities
- Analyzing customer needs and formulating service plans
Requirements:
- Predicted 2:1 or above at degree level
- Minimum ABB/AAC at A-level
- Native-level proficiency in Mandarin (speaking and writing)
- Adept in English (writing and speaking)
- 550/750 or above in Gaokao
