As a leading global contract research organization (CRO), CRU Fortrea Clinical Research Unit Inc. is dedicated to delivering exceptional clinical development solutions. We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Business Development Director to join our Commercial team in Europe.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in pharmaceutical sales, with the ability to establish and nurture key client relationships. Your primary objective will be to develop and execute strategic account plans, driving business growth and revenue expansion.

A high degree of interpersonal and communication skills is required, as you will be interacting with mid-level and executive decision-makers. Your negotiation skills and ability to differentiate Fortrea's capabilities will be crucial in securing new business opportunities.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Developing and executing account plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Providing regular sales activity reports to management.
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Conducting competitor analysis and market research.

Education/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (life science or business).
