Learning Support Assistant SEMH

We are looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team at a school near Lancaster. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers to deliver person-centered support to pupils with SEMH issues. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of vulnerable children.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
- To work one-on-one with pupils who require additional support
- To develop and implement behavior management strategies in collaboration with teaching staff
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain accurate records of pupil progress and behavior
- Enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or willingness to process a new application
- Right to Work in the UK
