Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Autism Practitioner with leadership experience to join our team. The role involves continuously improving the quality of support provided to individuals with autism, ensuring it meets their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations, including staffing, budgeting, and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Oversee the provision of quality support services, promoting the well-being and empowerment of individuals with autism.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve the organization\'s mission and goals.

Requirements:

  • Experience in managing service budgets and financial processes.
  • Holds or is willing to work towards SVQ 4 in Health and Social Care and Leadership and Management Certificate.
