We are seeking a skilled Senior Autism Practitioner to join our team in Scotland. This leadership role is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with autism.
About the RoleIn this position, you will oversee daily operations, including staffing and budgeting, ensuring high-quality support meets the unique needs of each individual. You will also continuously improve the quality of care provided.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing day-to-day operations, including staffing and financial processes
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards

What We OfferWe offer a competitive salary range of £35,871 - £38,294 per annum, plus rural allowance. Our benefits package includes:
- 32 days holiday (increasing with service)
- Fully funded training, including SVQ & LMC
- Life assurance scheme
- Pension (employer matched up to 9%)
To be successful in this role, you should have experience in managing service budgets and financial processes. You should hold or be willing to work towards SVQ 4 in Health and Social Care and Leadership and Management Certificate.
