Aftersales Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Aftersales Executive to join our team at Travel Trade Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring a seamless experience from pre-sale to post-sale.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries and concerns
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers to ensure excellent customer service
