Job Title:

Aftersales Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Aftersales Executive to join our team at a leading specialist and luxury Tour Operator. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing an exemplary pre and post-sale service to our customers and maintaining professional working relationships with our supplier partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the Operations team to fulfill customer requests and ensure seamless delivery of our services.
  • Input data into our reservation system platform to keep customer records up-to-date and accurate.
  • Liaise with suppliers to fulfill customer requests and ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Work with the Operations team to resolve customer service issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Adopt company policies to resolve customer service issues and ensure consistency in our service delivery.
  • Perform other duties as required to support the operational running of the business.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a 'can do' attitude, excellent communication and organisational skills, and previous customer service and/or aftersales experience from a travel company. They will have a customer-focused approach and the drive to exceed customers' expectations.

What We Offer:
