Travel Aftersales Executive Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Aftersales team as a Travel Aftersales Executive. This is a key role in contributing to the smooth-running of our Aftersales & Operations department, providing an exemplary pre and post-sale service to our clients' customers and maintaining professional working relationships with supplier partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to incoming customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Update customer records in our reservation system platform to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
  • Liaise with suppliers to fulfill customer requests, such as flight seats and airport assistance
  • Collaborate with the Operations team to fulfill customer requests, including extra hotel nights and dietary requirements
  • Adhere to company policies to resolve customer service issues, both pre and post-sale
  • Perform other duties as required to support the operational running of the business
Requirements:
  • Previous customer service and/or aftersales experience within the travel sector
  • A customer-centric approach and the drive to exceed customer expectations
  • Ability to build rapport with a diverse range of customers
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to use initiative to resolve issues
  • Ability to work under pressure to deadlines and handle multiple ongoing tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and high numeracy skills
