Job Title: Aftersales Service Engineer

Highbridge Talent is seeking a skilled Aftersales Service Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, servicing, and calibrating temperature and environmental monitoring systems on customer sites across the UK.

The Role:
  • Install, commission, test, and calibrate equipment used to monitor temperature, humidity, oxygen, and CO2 levels for healthcare and life sciences organizations.
  • Perform routine service, emergency service, and product updates as required under warranty or subsequent maintenance agreements, including diagnosing and fault finding breakdowns.
  • Undertake annual calibration, alarm limit testing, temperature sensor validation, and active sensor calibration and/or replacement.
  • Act as project manager on specific projects, conducting site surveys and preparing quotations for extensions to existing systems or new systems.
  • Travel extensively, with an average of 2-3 nights away from home per week.
The Person:
  • Experience as a site or service engineer with a focus on installations and repairs.
  • Familiarity with electronic solutions, such as fire systems, alarms, BMS systems, or similar roles.
  • Proximity to the motorway network and willingness to travel and stay away from home.
  • Good customer communication skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft applications are essential.
  • Company vehicle provided for personal use.
  • Overtime paid, including travel time to and from site.
  • Annual bonus available.
  • An 8% on-call bonus available after joining the on-call register.
