Nursery Lead Professional

A nursery room leader is required by KiddyKare Ltd, a well-established childcare provider in Tadworth.
The role involves leading a team of staff to deliver high-quality childcare and education to children aged [insert age range].

Key Responsibilities:
- To oversee the daily operations of the nursery room, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for children.
- To manage and supervise a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent childcare practices.
- To develop and implement engaging activities and programs that meet the needs of children.
- To maintain accurate records and reports, including child development progress and staff attendance.
Requirements:
- A minimum Level 3 childcare qualification.
- Excellent knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage and current Ofsted statutory guidance.
- At least one year's recent relevant experience in a similar role.
- Sound knowledge of Safeguarding procedures.
